They organize events, build local partnerships, and help activate the app in their region - connecting the OAK platform with real, on-the-ground communities. Community Managers receive a full Mammut gear kit, and in some regions this role can also be a paid position.

Ambassadors represent Oak by being model users, spreading the word, posting activities, creating content, and inspiring others to join.
Community Managers are the best ambassadors, plus they actively grow their local community by getting new members onboard, supporting users, organizing social gatherings and creating meaningful connections and partnerships.
Ambassadors: Anyone passionate Oak! You should be active and engaged on the app, and it’s a plus if you’re active on Instagram too.
Community Managers: Ideally you’re already a top ambassador, you enjoy being social, organizing events, bringing people together and posting about it on social media, and feel comfortable approaching new people and businesses.
Ambassadors: Ambassador calls with early updates on features & stats plus the opportunity to give us your input, ambassador meet-ups, Oak merch, industry discounts and more. We make sure you feel our gratitude for your contribution.
Community Managers: In a leadership role, you get closer collaboration with the Oak team, community-building tools, fantastic feedback from the community, Oak merch and Mammut clothing, and compensation depending on location.
Ambassadors: Flexible and self-paced, with a focus on integrating Oak naturally into your life.
Community Managers: 5-8 hours per week, split between outreach, app engagement and event organization, as well as meetings with the team.
